Marketing Specialist - Demand Generation

Position Description

BeyondID is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist whose primary responsibility will be lead generation and adding prospects to the sales pipeline. Your role will be to drive the demand generation activities for the company and work with the marketing, sales and services organizations to meet BeyondID’s pipeline objectives. You will use creative campaign development, A/B testing, and post-campaign analytics to maximize response rates and track prospects from initial inquiry to closed deal. You are a self-starter who is passionate about building campaigns that drive results, have an analytical approach to improving the quality pipeline activity but are not afraid to challenge the status quo and take some risks to improve those outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive the overall demand generation efforts for BeyondID prospect and customer segments, including the development, creation, deployment and measurement of campaigns.
  • Partner closely with marketing, sales, and services teams to identify new opportunities, targets and appropriate content to reach target prospects.
  • Help build the organization’s prospect and MQL database with active, predictable opportunities.
  • Work with sales to identify Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise accounts and discover new accounts through targeted demand generation programs.
  • Integrate and leverage all demand generation tactics, including email, website, webinars, social media, partner events, search engine marketing
  • Refine knowledge of demand gen best practices to maximize ROI and ensure efforts meet company brand guidelines.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance as to why programs succeeded or didn’t meet plan, with the overall objective of generating more qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Work with the marketing team to help deliver other programs as needed. 

Qualifications​

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or business.
  • 2-4 years of experience in demand generation, outbound marketing, and database/lead management with track record of driving inquiries and MQLs.
  • Experience implementing and managing demand gen campaigns from start-to-lead including email marketing and demonstrated history of measuring all marketing activities.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the industry-leading CRM tools such as Salesforce.com and one of the industry-leading marketing automation tools like Marketo
  • A clear demonstration of demand generation successes with programs you have taken from start to finish.
  • You are a self-starter who works well across departments, has managed multiple programs and likes to work in a fun and fast paced environment.
  • You enjoy problem solving, measuring results and finding new solutions.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or business.
  • Experience working for a rapidly growing B2B services organization is a plus.
