Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We help our customers acquire, deploy and manage cloud services as simple, secure, efficient and cost-effective as possible. We offer consulting, implementation and managed services for best-in-class identity and access management, API management, cloud security and operations, and cloud platforms.
To support our rapid growth, we are expanding our services sales team and hiring various sales roles. BeyondID is looking for ambitious, confident, and persistent sales representatives for our growing sales team. You will be responsible for creating and leading your own sales opportunities. You will be the first point of contact with prospects by creating demand for our cloud solution management offerings.

This is primarily a remote-based position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Leverage various sales and marketing tools along with our extensive partner relationships to target companies, prospects, and evangelize BeyondID.
Expand our growing marketplace leveraging various campaign strategies.
Effectively leverage internal and external resources to successfully generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
Create and execute services sales and reseller licensing opportunities into a new customer base by prospecting, building and maintaining a robust sale pipeline.
Drive, lead, and own your sales cycle for less complex opportunities with the support of your sales leadership team.
Manage contract negotiations with the support of your sales leadership team
Achieve the quarterly and yearly revenue commitments.
Practice strong sales discipline through business planning, account management, and forecasting/opportunity management.
Leverage knowledge repository for sales best practices and standardization.
Regularly meet with customers at senior levels to understand their business/key drivers, and generate demand for licenses and related services through a customized value led approach.
Proactive sales strategy planning and execution (including penetration plan).
Take control of the sales process rather than simply following the customer’s process.
Create an environment of collaboration with both the customer and the virtual sales team.
As your client’s advocate, lead and collaborate with internal and partner teams as needed to address escalated issues.
Build key management relationships with focus on new opportunities, customer success, and satisfaction, resulting in referenceable accounts and positive brand/company awareness.
Build long-term relationships with your customers and drive the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Shape and Influence BeyondID’s growth and scalability, through customer feedback related to potential new offerings, and finding new ways to create and sell these back into the marketplace.
Minimum 1-2 years of technology services sales prospecting experience
SaaS, Cloud, and Identity Management experience is strongly preferred
Familiar with cloud architectures and complex enterprise on-premise IT landscapes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
